How Inco helped
During 2016, an electrical supplier suffered a huge fire which spread within their unit and to the two adjacent units. The excessive heat damage resulted in the entire steel structure roof being removed and replaced. The replacement roof incorporated new, highly insulated composite roof sheets and skylights. Along with the roof replacement, the full height dividing blockwork walls were rebuilt and a new M&E scheme was introduced. Full office, toilet, and kitchen replacement works completed the project. The adjacent tenants stock was protected at all times to help maintain their operations and prevent further claims against the landlord's tenant.
