How Inco helped
Client budget was key on Frankley Industrial Estate. Inco managed to complete transform a whole industrial estate by recoating the external cladding with a specialist performance coat. Every trade was involved on Frankley, ranging from ground works to roofing, and plumbing to demolition. Inco continually evolved the programme to accommodate the influx of new tenants to a previously quiet industrial estate.
