How Inco helped
Gunnells Wood was a complete dilapidations project. With every trade being involved, from heavy demolition right to the final clean. As one tenant moved out we restored the large unit back to five individual lettable units. Works included reconfiguring several large toilet blocks, a complete office fit-out, and extensive utility works to ensure each property has its own supply.
