How Inco helped

The project at Kingsbury was similar to many Inco construction projects, where JLL approached Inco, modernising the existing unit to return it into a lettable condition. The refurbishment involved interior refurbishments, roofing and cladding works, along with updating and certifying the existing M&E installation. The project also involved a new car park and drainage system outside the front of the unit.
