The project comprised a full refurbishment of a Grade A office building in Manchester’s Central Business District. Works included façade repairs, new high-performance glazing, and a complete upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems. Internally, floorplates were reconfigured across seven stories to improve efficiency. New occupier amenities were introduced, including a fitness studio, shower facilities, and wellbeing spaces, alongside a fully redesigned boutique-style reception.
