Making a difference together
The Inco Foundation is a reflection of who we are as a business. We're proud of the projects we deliver, but we're equally proud of the impact our people make beyond the workplace. Through fundraising, volunteering and community events, we support charities that matter to our teams and the communities they call home.
At Inco, our people choose the causes we support. What started as fundraising for a single charity each year has grown alongside the business, with each of our five regional teams now partnering with a local charity that's close to their community. From charity runs and golf days to volunteering and family events, every fundraiser helps make a lasting difference.
Since launching the Inco Foundation, we've raised more than £77,000 for charities across the UK, and we're proud to continue building on that impact every year.

The Inco Foundation proudly supports four regional charity partners (soon to be 5!), helping create lasting, positive change in the communities we serve.
MIDLANDS
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity
Supporting the lifesaving work of the Midlands Air Ambulance through fundraising events, sponsorship and community initiatives across the Midlands.
NORTH
St Rocco's Hospice
Helping provide specialist care and support for people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families throughout the Warrington community.
SOUTH
Garden House Hospice Care
Supporting local hospice care through fundraising, volunteering and community events that make a real difference to patients and their loved ones.
WALES + WEST
Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity
Helping fund vital equipment, facilities and support services for children and families receiving care across Wales.
