Our Story

Inco Contracts was founded in 2010 with a simple aim: to deliver great projects, build strong relationships and be a contractor people want to work with again.

Since then, we’ve grown from our Midlands roots into a nationwide principal contractor, with five strategically located offices across the UK and a team delivering refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects across the Industrial, Commercial and Education sectors.

That growth has been built largely on repeat business, referrals and long-standing relationships with clients, consultants and our supply chain. While the scale of the business has changed, our approach hasn’t.

We remain hands-on, straightforward and focused on doing the job well. Our regional teams combine local knowledge and relationships with the strength and resources of a nationwide business, allowing us to stay close to every project and the people behind it.

For us, growth has never been about being the biggest. It’s about continuing to build a business people trust, creating opportunities for our team and supply chain, and delivering work we’re proud to put the Inco name to.
