Inco Contracts completed a specialist programme of façade restoration works at 95 Bothwell Street, a prominent B-listed building in the heart of Glasgow.
Focused on preserving and protecting the historic fabric of the building, the works combined specialist stone restoration with repairs to a number of its original architectural and structural features.

SCOPE OF WORKS
The restoration programme included specialist stone repairs and indenting across the façade, alongside treatment of the building’s original steel frame.
The ornate cornice was carefully cleaned and repaired, while decorative steelwork to the balconies was restored to retain the character of the original façade. Asphalt repairs were also completed to the parapet roof as part of the wider programme of works.
