Industrial Refurbishment, Cannock
Inco Contracts completed a specialist programme of façade restoration works at 95 Bothwell Street, a prominent B-listed building in the heart of Glasgow.
Focused on preserving and protecting the historic fabric of the building, the works combined specialist stone restoration with repairs to a number of its original architectural and structural features.

SCOPE OF WORKS
Beginning with a complete internal strip-out, the refurbishment included significant upgrades throughout the existing facility.
The roof was fully coated and new rooflights installed to improve the building envelope, while upgraded M&E systems were delivered throughout. A new roller shutter door was installed, alongside the complete refurbishment of the existing office accommodation.
Within the warehouse, a high-specification polished floor slab provided a durable, high-quality finish to the upgraded industrial space.
