SCOPE OF WORKS
The project set out to fully reset and modernise an existing warehouse and office facility, delivering a safe, compliant, and functional building ready for immediate occupation. Works commenced with a full internal strip-out, including asbestos removal, allowing the asset to be taken back to a clean structural shell. This approach resolved legacy issues and created a robust platform for efficient, high-quality refurbishment works.

PROJECT OUTCOME
A coordinated programme of internal and external upgrades improved the building’s durability, efficiency, and long-term performance. External works included new roof cladding, façade enhancements, curtain walling, and replacement doors, strengthening weather resistance, thermal performance, and visual appeal. Internally, new drylining, upgraded finishes, and full redecoration were delivered alongside tested and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with new lighting and HVAC improving energy efficiency and occupier comfort.
