It’s official. Inco Contracts has opened the doors to our fifth UK office, this time in Scotland.
Based at New Alderston House in Strathclyde Business Park, our new Scottish base marks the next step in Inco’s continued growth and gives us a permanent home from which to support our work north of the border.
And naturally, we sent Matt and Gerry along to make the announcement in their own way…
Building on our work in Scotland
The new office follows a growing portfolio of work across Scotland, including specialist external refurbishment works at 95 Bothwell Street in Glasgow, alongside a major programme of works in Blantyre.
With our presence in the region growing, establishing a permanent base felt like the natural next step, allowing us to build stronger local relationships, develop our Scottish supply chain and give clients a team on the ground.
Local leadership, backed by a national team
Heading up the new office is Regional Director, Gerry Meade, who brings more than 25 years of industry experience and will lead Inco’s growth across Scotland.
Gerry will be supported by our wider national team, combining local knowledge and relationships with the resources and experience of an established UK contractor.
Operations Director Matt Penswick said:

Five offices. One Inco.
Scotland joins our existing offices in Cannock, Warrington, Stevenage and Cardiff, strengthening our ability to deliver refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects across the UK.
We’ve grown quite a bit since Inco was founded in 2010, but the aim hasn’t changed: to be the best, not the biggest.
For us, opening in Scotland isn’t about putting another pin on the map. It’s about being closer to our clients, investing in the areas where we’re working and continuing to grow in the right way!
