The scheme included full internal fit-out and finishing works across the bar, kitchen, Pro Shop, courts, viewing areas, and WCs. Key packages comprised bespoke joinery and metal fabrication, flooring and tiling, and all decoration and finishing trades. Inco’s technical teams managed design coordination, material specification, and installation quality in line with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
